My Favorite Healthy Snacks: Nature’s Path

Hello everyone!

Today I am writing to you about my absolute favorite healthy snacks. I typically try to make homemade snacks using fresh ingredients, but when I don’t have the time and need to grab something quick, I love to turn to my Nature’s Path products! Nature’s Path products are certified organic, non-GMO, and made with the best and purest ingredients possible. I find that the mornings especially are the times where I am looking to grab something quick on my way out the door. Between waking up, getting ready, and rushing to catch the train to my internship in the city, I do not find time to make my own breakfast in the morning. I realize most people struggle with this same issue, but instead turn to sugary cereal bars or greasy, high calorie baked goods when getting their morning coffee. Instead, I choose something that is quick, tasty, and extremely good for you so I have the proper fuel for my day ahead. Below I am including some of my favorite products Nature’s Path has to offer. I hope you try them out for yourselves and love them as much as I do!

Love Crunch by Nature’s Path

I tried this granola for the first time a few years ago and it has been one of my go-to granolas ever since! I could not believe that something that tastes so yummy could also be so healthy for you! Love Crunch is offered in five flavors: Dark Chocolate & Red Berries, Macaroon, Apple Crumble, Aloha Blend, and Carrot Cake. My person favorite is the Dark Chocolate & Red Berries, but all of them are delicious! I either eat it like cereal with some organic fat free milk or on top of plain greek yogurt! I also like to add in some fresh strawberries!

Qia

Qia is a seperate brand made under Nature’s Path. I tried Qia products for the first time a few months ago and they have become my favorite snacks made my Nature’s Path. I have tried the oatmeal and the snack bars, with the snack bars being my absolute favorite. Qia bars come in three flavors: Roasted Peanut Dark Chocolate, Micha Cocoa Hazelnut, and Blueberry Cashew Pumpkin Seed. These bars contain superfoods such as chia, hemp, and more. They are the perfect snack to grab in the morning along with my juice!

Another Qia product I love is the gluten-free oatmeal. Oatmeal is probably the best thing you can eat for breakfast, and this superfood oatmeal is even better! It contains superfoods such as chia, hemp, and buckwheat, and healthy additions such as pumpkin seeds. This oatmeal comes in three flavors: Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed, Creamy Coconut, and Superseeds and Grains. When I have the time to make this in the morning I always do!

Lastly, I tried these two products recently and enjoyed them as well. I tried the Vanilla Almond Granola, but it also comes in flavors Pumpkin Flax and Chia Coconut. I loved the flavor I tried with some fresh fruit and fat free organic milk. Though I prefer the Qia bars, I did enjoy these Macaroon Crunch granola bars as well. The Qia bars are a much softer consistency, whereas if you like more crunchy granola bars you would probably prefer these ones.
